Can I purchase 1 bike for personal use?
Unfortunately, we are wholesale only which means we only sell to businesses. Please send an inquiry through “Contact Us”and our sales team will reach out to help find a Micargi near you.
How does online ordering work?
If you are an existing Micargi dealer, simply create an account along with the company name used to become a Micargi dealer. If you are not an existing dealer, please fill out a dealer application and wait for review. Once application is approved, our sales team will touch base and then create an account. If you create an account and are not an existing Micargi dealer, our sales team will reach out VIA email to get you started. Once you have an account, go ahead and place the order. Shipping costs will not be added to your invoice right away, because shipping costs vary from state to state and from quantity. Shipping costs will be added when the order is ready to be picked up and credit card will be charged only when order is shipped. If you are a dropship customer, please continue to place orders as you used to. No need to create an account. Online ordering is for customers who purchase in bulk.
What other forms of payment do you accept?
We accept master, American express, and visa credit cards. We also accept bank deposit or wire transfers. Please contact your sales representative for wire and deposit information. All online orders will need credit card payment and all credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing rate. If you are an existing dealer and would rather make a deposit or a wire transfer, please still input your credit card information to save the order and write in the notes that you’d like to proceed with wire transfer or bank deposit instead. Once order is received, our sales team will contact you with wire and deposit instructions. NOTE: Your credit card will not be charged in this scenario, it is only required to hold your order.
What is your warranty policy?
Warranty & Liability will VOID if the bicycle is altered or any customizing is made. MBI Sport Inc. is not held responsible for any safety or hazardous incidents due to the incorporation of substitution. A nonrefundable $10.00 handling fee will be charged per drop ship order, and all the payments must be made before shipping. Any damage caused during shipping will be submitted a claim to the shipping company. No replacement bike will be shipped until the legitimacy is confirmed. Pictures or video clips of the damage parts are required as proof before the replacement parts or bikes are shipped. We will not get in touch with any dealer’s customers for protection of both parties. If major damages occur during shipping, please contact the shipper (UPS, FedEx, trucking company) so they can inspect the items before shipping them back to MBI Sport Inc. After receiving the damaged bikes or parts, the replacements will be shipped. Please note: Additional fee may be charged for shipping fees or replacement parts. Warranty is only valid for original parts or goods from MBI Sport Inc. The warranty will be voided once the original parts are replaced or removed. MBI Sport Inc. offers warranty in all parts for 6 months and 1 year on the frame after the received date in all of the manufacturer defectives. Defectives can be replaced for no cost with proof of the damages and purchase. What the warranty DOESN’T cover: Normal Wear and tear, Improper assembly, Improper maintenance, including follow-up maintenance, Damage or failed use due to accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse, Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally used for or compatible with the bicycle as sold. For merchandise returned from Dealer’s customers without authorization or from dissatisfaction, only 80% of the total amount will be credited back to you. However, the freight and handling fees will not the refunded. For oversized bikes, an additional $10 fee might be applied for special RE-Pack.
I purchased a bike from an authorized Micargi dealer and need replacement parts, how do I go about getting some?
Please contact the authorized Micargi dealer that you purchased the bike from. They will then contact Micargi to get a replacement part processed and shipped. Micargi will not communicate with end-consumers to protect both authorized dealers and end-consumers.
I purchased a Micargi bike and need to assemble,what tools do I need?
Micargi encourages that all customers get their bike assembled by a professional at their local bike shop to ensure no problems with the assembling process. If you are confident about assembling, tools required are listed on the outside of the cardboard box.
How do I make a return?
If you are a dealer and is looking to make a return or exchange, please contact your sales representative via email or phone. If you are an end-consumer looking to return a bike, please reach out to the Micargi dealer you purchased from and request a return from them.
How long will it take to ship an order out?
Depending on the quantity of the order and inventory status of the order, orders will ship out within 24-72 hours.
